Billboard Blitz!!!!! 8-12

She's Back

Ya, ya, I know, it's been a while, but here's another round of Billboard Blitz. Week's not really too appealing, couple Country acts, bunch of kid shit, and the same old albums that have been floating around the Top 10 for a while now. Congrats though Adele, way to be #1 again.

25. Brad Paisley This Is Country Music
24. Chris Young Neon
23. Colbie Caillat All Of You
22. Jackie Evancho Dream With Me
21. Scotty McCreery American Idol Season 10 Highlights
20. Foster The People Torches
19. Katy Perry Teenage Dream
18. Mumford and Sons Sigh No More
17. NOW 38
16. Amy Winehouse Back To Black
15. Selena Gomez and The Scene When The Sun Goes Down
14. Bad Meets Evil Hell: The Sequel
13. Kelly Rowland Here I Am
12. O.A.R. King
11. Lady Gaga Born This Way

10. Blake Shelton Red River Blue
The Voice judge is in good hands this week as the Top 10 has gone Country, with three other Country artists. Yee-haw!

9. Slow Grind
A new compilation of R and B hits, but let's listen to that new Super Heavy single instead.

This group should not exist, it they do, and they're the shit.

8. Beyonce 4
Ya know what I'm curious about, no, not another song of Beyonce's new album, I was wondering who that new 3 Doors Down album sounded. I've been a fan for years, and just when I think I'm through with the group they throw out another good song.

The boys still got it.

7. Kidz Bop 20
Man o' man, who would have thought there would be 20 Kidz Bop albums. It's a sad, sad world we live in. Since I missed it last week, let's have a listen to a track off Joss Stone's new album.

She's got a wonderful, soulful voice.

6. Jason Aldean My Kinda Party
The party just never ends does it Jason? Let's hear some Foster the People at this party.

Pretty good, sounds like MGMT.

5. Victorious Soundtrack
Should we listen to this fucking Nickelodeen soundtrack......nope, hear's one off Fountain of Wayne's new album.

Nothing amazing, but a tight and enjoyable pop song.

4. Mat Kearney Young Love
Mat's best week to date, beating his last record's #13 debut. I've always liked Mat's work, let's see what he's got brewing now.

Looks like Mat's having fun down in New Orleans.

3. Trace Adkins Proud To Be Here
I got to catch some of Trace's Duluth concert a couple weeks back, and he put on a pretty rocking show. Country's big man sings a lot of songs about women, drinking, and partying....actually that's the repertoire for basically all male country singers.

Nice little song about fishing with his daughter.

2. Eric Church Chief
Last week's #1 just couldn't stave off the onslaught of Adele. Don't sweat it Eric, better artist have tasted defeat at her hands.

Preach it Eric, great fucking song.

1. Adele 21
24 weeks and still throwing those punches, Adele has yet to fall below the #3 mark. Let's have a small taste of next week.

WTF was that? They were speaking English, I understood what they were saying...but it was nothing. High energy rhymes about not a dam thing, random bullshit. Sorry Otis, these fools feel the need to throw down over your fine music.

New Releases

37. Fountains of Wayne
42. Bassnectar
52. Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band
59. John Hiatt
63. Every Avenue

88. Beirut
135. Dir En Grey
141. Bury Your Dead

What ever happened to......last week's Top 10?
